Hilary's career spans leadership roles in private equity-backed technology companies, where she focused on enhancing operational efficiency and accelerating growth.

 

Prior to joining Cohere, as a Go-To-Market operator at Quickbase, Hilary collaborated closely with private equity sponsor, Vista Equity Partners, to drive business transformation initiatives and implement global GTM strategies. Her efforts centered on value realization, customer retention, and expansion.

 

She further enhanced her expertise in value creation and operational excellence through the completion of Vista Equity Partners' High Potential Leadership Program. This long-standing program focuses on developing high potential and emerging CXO talent.

 

Prior to Quickbase, Hilary held leadership positions at athenahealth, where she managed global customer success teams and optimized business operations. Her early career included management roles at Brigham and Women's Hospital, providing her with valuable insights into the healthcare sector.

 

Hilary holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications (magna cum laude) from Boston College and a Master's degree in Public Health from Tufts University School of Medicine.
