Managing Partner and Co-Founder
Prior to co-founding Cohere Capital, Nik was a Managing Director at H.I.G. Capital / H.I.G. Growth Partners where he led private equity investments in founder-owned companies in the business services and technology sectors. Over his 20+ years of private equity experience including nearly 12 years at H.I.G., he has served on the board of over 20 portfolio companies.
Prior to joining H.I.G., Nik worked in growth and private equity investing at Landmark Partners and AH Ventures. Nik began his career as an investment banker at Adams, Harkness and Hill.
Nik received his Bachelor of Arts degree in biochemistry with honors from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
