RICH BOGHOSIAN
Principal
Prior to joining Cohere Capital, Rich was a Principal with H.I.G. Capital / H.I.G. Growth Partners where he was responsible for sourcing, executing, and monitoring lower middle market and growth equity investment opportunities. Through his career, Rich has been involved in numerous transactions and has sat on the board of a variety of portfolio companies. His areas of focus have included SaaS, cloud & data software; internet & digital media; tech-enabled services; and healthcare IT.
Previously, Rich worked at BB&T Capital Markets, advising on M&A and equity capital markets transactions primarily in the retail and consumer sectors. He began his career at State Street Corporation within enterprise risk management as a business analyst.
Rich received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from The George Washington University, magna cum laude.
