Prior to joining Cohere Capital, Srikar was an Analyst at Lincoln International, where he advised clients on mergers and acquisitions in the technology, media, and telecom sectors. At Lincoln International, he was responsible for assisting in all stages of the deal execution process. Prior to joining Lincoln International, Srikar was an Analyst at Spurrier Capital Partners, an enterprise software focused boutique investment bank, which was acquired by Lincoln International.

Earlier in his career, Srikar was an Associate at KPMG where he focused on M&A diligence, analytics, and advisory. Srikar received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
